Circuit Court Cases Resolved July 5 Through July 12

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from July 5th-July 12, 2022.
Robert Woolery: age 32, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 15 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Nickolas L. Snow: age 36, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 15, 7, 7 and 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters (2 counts of Assault in the Second Degree, 1 count Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm).

Keyshawn J. Flowers: age 23, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10, 7, 7, 7 and 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on five separate matters ( 1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Psilocybin Mushrooms, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-
MDMA, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Alprazolam and 1 count Unlawful Use of a Weapon).

Summer Findley: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10, 7 and 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Tina Hendrix: age 54, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections
on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Hydrocodone and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine).

Charles R. Winsaur: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Wesley Ray Dickey: age 51, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Jeremy McDaniel: age 31, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Kylee Kella: age 35, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Rodney Bellew: age 43, Sedalia, MO was sentenced two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Driving While Revoked).

Jacob L. Bryan: age 27, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Damean D. Simmons: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle.

Travis D. Martin: age 32, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
