Circuit Court Cases Resolved in Pettis County January 3 -18

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from Jan. 3 through Jan. 18, 2022.

Christopher Lee Hill: age 39, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Kobe J. Staten (Case): age 18, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Assault in the Second Degree.

Elizabeth M. Jones: age 22, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Kevin S. Morrison: age 50, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 2 years sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Sex Offender Physically Present/Loiter W/I 500 Feet Park W/ Playground/Pool/Museum and Prior Offender Who Resides within 1000 Ft Of School/Child Care Facility After Conviction/Plea).

Timothy A. Wood: age 44, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Gregory Michael Zentner: age 41, Warsaw, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Domestic Assault in the 2nd Degree.

Jonathan Enrique Jamison: age 27, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Joseph Edwards: age 44, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Receiving Stolen Property.

Miguel Angel Chavez: age 24, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine.
