Circuit Court Cases Resolved in November

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from November 1 through November 29, 2021.
Derek B. Roberts: age 42, Clinton, MO was sentenced to three 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three counts of Child Pornography.

Kasey Lynn Mckay: age 33, Knob Noster, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Viktor Gregovskyy: age 31, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Adam Moore: age 37, Cole Camp, MO was sentenced to 1, 4 and 4-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Burglary in the 1st Degree, Armed Criminal Action and Possession of a Controlled Substance).

Jason Kintner: age 44, Jefferson City, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department Of Corrections on two separate matters Tampering in the First Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Brianna Nicole Johnson: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 15 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Keshawn J. Camacho: age: 24, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Jordan D. Lawson: age 22, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana.

Tristan Wesley Dawson: age 30, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 and 4-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Felipe Granado: age 43, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after probation was revoked.

Tiffany S. Epp: age 45, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Kevin A. Clark: age 42, Hughesville, MO was sentenced to 7, 7, 7, 7 and 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on five separate matters (2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, 2 counts of Stealing and 1 count of Driving While Revoked). Mr. Clark was also sentenced to 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Dale Kabler: age 52, Columbia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Danny Green: age 35, Independence, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Child Molestation in the 4th Degree
