Circuit Court Cases Resolved on April 20, 2020

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County on April 20, 2020.

Michael R. Carpenter: age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10, 10 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Assault in the 1st Degree, 1 count Armed Criminal Action and 1 count Burglary in the 2nd Degree). In addition, Mr. Carpenter was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Merle Edgar Coke, III: age 35, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Casey J. Whitson: age 40, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to consecutive 15 and 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Delivery of Controlled Substance-Heroin and 1 count Burglary in the 1st Degree).

Nathan McMillin, II: age 23, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Shea T. Archinbeque: age 27, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Alprazolam). In addition, Mr. Archinbeque was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Timothy P. Leary: age 49, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 217.362 L.T.T. on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Alprazolam).

Shawn W. Mantonya: age 46, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7, 7, 4 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters ( 1 count Trafficking in the 2nd degree, 1 count Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, 1 count Posseession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm).

Jason Brinsfield: age 25, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree.

Ryan Walter: age 34, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the 1st degree.
