Clinton Man Injured in Henry County Accident

A Clinton man was seriously injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Saturday in Henry County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 2014 Ford Fusion driven by 37-year-old Ezekiel E. Curry of Clinton was on NW 354 Road at NW 51st Road at 2:10 a.m., when the vehicle traveled off the right side, returned to the roadway, crossed the center line and struck a bridge.

Curry was transported by Golden Valley EMS to St. Luke's on the Plaza for treatment of serious injuries. Curry was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, according to the report.

The Ford was totaled and towed.

Henry County deputies and the Clinton Fire Department assisted the Patrol at the scene.
