Court Cases Resolved in Pettis County, July 6

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from July 6 - 20:

Charles E. Roden: age 62, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 and 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Brady A. Allred: age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7, 5, and 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked to run concurrent with two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Harassment.

Gerald D. Anderson: age 49, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Jerry D. Iman: age 48, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Angel Amar Harper: age 23, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 after her probation was revoked.

Carla Hayworth: age 44, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Shannon Dean Albright: age 35, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Heroin.

Shane Steven Ruth: age 32, Cole Camp, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Driving While Revoked.

Shawn Knight: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 20, 4, 4, &4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters (1count Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, 2 counts Resisting Arrest, and 1 count Forgery).

Izaak Harlan Bartley: age 18, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, and 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on eight separate matters (1 count Burglary, 4 counts of Stealing, 2 counts of Tampering, and 1 count Resisting Arrest).
