Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from May 4 through May 19, 2020.
Michael W. Thornton: age 49, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Domestic Assault in the 1st Degree.
Gregory A. Bierschbach: age 43, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
Scovern Cameron Norris: age 32, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to a 7& 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and a Probation Violation).
Avery N. Williamson: age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
Nathan Shane Snyder: age 36, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to consecutive 5 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
David G. Williams: age 28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two consecutive 7 year sentences to run concurrent with a 4 year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
Jason Bodenstab: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three concurrent sentences of 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections to be served pursuant to section 217.362 RSMO., after his probation was revoked.
Shawn B. Bosworth: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Burglary and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine).
Dustin Perkins: age 31, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two consecutive 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
Raul B. Jaquez-Garcia: age 34, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Delivering or Concealing Prohibited Articles on a Premises.
Wesley Adam Franken: age 32, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5, 5, 5 and 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters (1 count Burglary, 1 count Stealing, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance and a Probation Violation).
Tara Dillon-Karkiewicz: age 36, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7, 4 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (2 counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device and 1 count Stealing).
