A one-car rollover crash in Lafayette County injured two teenagers early Thursday morning.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 26-year-old Cory E. Balcom of Odessa was the driver of a southbound 2000 Cadillac Escalade on Linn Grove Road, north of Ponderosa Trail, when at 12:15 a.m., the driver crossed into the oncoming lane, then overcorrected and traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.

His passengers, 17-year-old Charles Jones and 18-year-old Sarah Hicks, both of Odessa, suffered minor injuries and were transported by Napoleon EMS to Centerpoint Hospital. Both were wearing their seat belts, according to the report.

Balcom, who was apparently uninjured, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. and charged with DWI, and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway resulting in a crash. He was also wearing his seat belt. Balcom was taken into custody and transported to the Lafayette County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Cadillac was totaled.
