Sedalia Announces Milling & Overlay on 13th Street

Beginning on Monday, June 1, and continuing through Thursday, June 4, the City of Sedalia’s Public Works Operations Division will be milling and overlaying East 13th Street from South Ohio Avenue to South Ingram Avenue.

During this period, road construction will result in the roadway being closed to through traffic.

Residents living along this roadway will need to coordinate with City Crews on site should they need access to their driveways. Mill and overlay work will begin each day at 6 a.m. and continue through 4 p.m.

Heavy equipment and workers will be present in the roadway during this period, so please use caution. Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns could delay completion.
