Fabulous Fazoli’s Restaurant Review from a Fazoli’s Employee

Welcome to Fazoli's, your local Fast. Fresh. Italian hit-up spot. Do you wanna know some insight about our store?
We are over at 2720 West Broadway Boulevard, Sedalia, Mo.
This Fazoli's is owned and run by Allison Kroeger. Yes, as you heard it right, we are not corporately owned as a lot of people think! We also have three amazing managers who help run this store:
General Manager- Kayla Allen
Assistant General Manager- Jaylea Dove
Manager- Marlo Aonzo
With these four fantastic people here to pitch in, we wouldn't be where we are today!
I have been working here for almost three years, and to be honest, we do have our ups and downs in here, but what place doesn't, but no matter what we make sure to ensure all our customers have great service and feel like they are taken care of to the best of our ability.
Yes, we do mess up sometimes, but we all learn something different here every day!
We currently have a new promotion going on with our stuffed shells. If you haven't heard already, we have our Fettuccine and Stuffed Shell duo, a Four Cheese Stuffed Shell, and a Garlic Shrimp Stuffed Shell. You really have to come try them, they are delicious!
If that doesn't sound like something for you, we have a bunch more items for you to choose from, including our fan favorites, our signature baked items, and of course, our breadsticks!
If you haven't already come, give us a try, I promise you will have a pretty great experience here!

“Had a taste for Thai food and headed out of town until we realized Fazoli's had officially opened!! SO GLAD we did!! The drive thru and inside lines were both "crazy out the door" and the service was wonderful! The employees were friendly and very eager to help keep the orders rolling. The endless bread sticks (dine in only) have been my favorite since I was a kid. Perfect for quick lunch or easy dinner! Looking forward to coming back OFTEN!!” - Liberity B.

“I remember Fazoli's in the malls when I was a kid. I was young and foolish and bought a meal while I people watched, not really paying too much attention on what I was eating.
I decided today would be a good day to try it out again. Twenty plus years later, and the food remains mediocre, at best. The pasta was overcooked, broccoli was mush and the chicken was dry and way too salty.
The salad was not impressive.
The good? The bread sticks.
That's all I have. The breadsticks were pretty tasty.

With that, people still come in every day, and we love the smiles on everyone's faces and the laughter in the background of kids, couples, families, etc.
This is a great place to come and eat, and if you are gluten-free or vegetarian, don't worry, we still have options for you! Just come dine in or come through the drive-thru, and we will be sure to help you out and give you what you're looking for!
