Military rites with a memorial service for Winston John Borchers, 75, of Lone Jack, will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 26, at the American Legion, 820 SE Vista Dr., Lee's Summit, followed by a celebration of life until 4 p.m. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

A graveside service for Ivan Dale Laster, Jr., 47, of Sedalia, will be held at a later date in Fairview Cemetery, Marshall. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Virgil Martin Baker, 96, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 28 at Heckart Funeral Home. Burial will be in Syracuse Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.

A Celebration of Life for John Dean Petree, 73, of Sedalia, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 25, at Rea Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at a later at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, with full military honors by the U.S. Army.

A Rosary for Daniel (Dan) Frederick Staus, 84, of Sedalia, will begin at 5 p.m Sunday, June 27 at Rea Funeral Chapel with visitation to follow until 8 p.m. at the chapel. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday June 28, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.

A memorial service for James A. "Woody" Woodman, 69, of Sedalia,will be held at 1 a.m. Tuesday, June 29 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Burial will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery following services.

A graveside memorial service and burial for Steve H. Hermanson, 55, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 2, at Highland Sacred Gardens.

A Memorial Service for John Dale “John Boy” Crank, 67, of rural Sweet Springs, will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, July 10, at First Christian Church in Sweet Springs. Visitation will be from 4 to 5 p.m., prior to the service. Following the service, there will be a motorcycle ride from the church to Sweet Springs park.
