Girl Struck, Killed While Riding Bike in Kansas City Suburb

Authorities say an 11-year-old girl has died from injuries suffered when a pickup truck struck her as she was riding her bicycle in suburban Kansas City.

KMBC-TV reports that Addisen Snyder died Tuesday at a hospital. She was rushed there Saturday after the truck hit her in Liberty. The 41-year-old man who was driving the truck remained at the scene and is cooperating with the police investigation.
