Gravois Mills Man Killed in Morgan County Rollover

A Gravois Mills man was killed late Saturday night after he was ejected from his vehicle in Morgan County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 23-year-old Dillon M. Sola of Gravois Mills was the driver of a southbound 1999 Mazda Miata on Missouri 5, 422 feet north of Santa Fe Road at 11:15 p.m. Aug. 8 when the vehicle left the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned, ejecting the driver.

Sola was pronounced dead at the scene by Dr. Jones of Lake Regional Hospital at 11:43 p.m. Sola was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report.

The Mazda was totaled and towed from the scene by Garber Diesel of Versailles.

The body was taken to Kidwell Garber Funeral Home in Versailles.
