Two people were injured in a head-on crash that occurred Monday afternoon in Morgan County.

 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500, driven by a 70-year-old man from Gravois Mills, was on Missouri 5, three-quarters of a mile south of Route P around 12:30 p.m., when the Chevy crossed the center line and struck a south bound 2023 Chevy 4500, driven by a 63-year-old woman from Stoutland.

Both drivers had minor injuries and both were transported to Lake Regional Hospital by Mid-Mo EMS for treatment.

 

The Gravois Mills man was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report.

 

Both Chevys were totaled.
