Recently in scanning through Facebook and other sites, I have noticed that many of you have had some brushes with fame.  It amazes me whenever I see a celebrity just walking around and they take the time to have a photo or shake hands or whatever.  Some celebrities have this persona where they just want to be left alone when they are doing whatever it is they do.  Others just enjoy the moment and eat it up.

While working with KIX 105, 92.3 Bob-FM, and Newstalk 1050 KSIS, I have had the chance to be around many musicians, actors, actresses, politicians, lotto winners and other well known people.  It is one of the perks of this job.  However, I have some celebrities that stick out as favorites.

My favorite was when Gary Sinise came with the Lt. Dan Band to Whiteman Air Force Base and I was lucky enough to meet him.  He truly is a guy that loves the military, and his love and passion of what they do certainly showed.  He took the time to meet and greet as many Air Force personnel as he could.

It was through him that I got to sit in the cockpit of the B-2 Stealth Bomber.   I remember commenting to him that this was probably nothing like the cockpit you saw him in Apollo 13, he grinned, laughed and said, "No, this is much more complicated."  All the while, the B-2 pilots talked about the plane and what it can do.

So now that I shared this story, what are some famous people you have met?  Feel free to share stories and photos if you have them.
