Investigators say two women who were found dead in a burned trailer in southwest Missouri were killed before the fire was set.

The Camden County Sheriff's Office said in a Thursday news release that autopsies confirmed the women were homicide victims. The department did not indicate how they were killed.

Investigators are working to obtain DNA evidence from relatives to positively identify the bodies, which are believed to be a mother and daughter who lived in the trailer.

Then were found dead Monday in a trailer park south of Camdenton.

The Missouri State Fire Marshal's Office says the fire was intentionally set by someone using an accelerant.

No one has been arrested.
