A Camdenton man was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Tuesday afternoon in Camden County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2002 Dodge Dakota, driven by 53-year-old Ronald S. Burbach of Camdenton, was on Boot Drive, 500 feet south of Boot Circle, around 1 p.m., when the vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Burbach suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach for treatment. Burbach was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report.

The Dodge was totaled and towed.

Burbach was later arrested by the Patrol at 1:49 p.m. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash, and failure to register a motor vehicle.
