JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — Missouri lawmakers say they want to regulate facilities where individuals can go and use brewing equipment to make their own alcoholic beverages. The House yesterday gave an initial endorsement to a measure supporters say would allow businesses that want to offer the service to move forward. The bill also would make it easier for small out-of-state brewers participating in festivals to sell their alcoholic beverages.
