The following Accidents were reported by Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

There was a one vehicle accident yesterday afternoon (August 23) at 5:15 near Peters Avenue in Warsaw. 47-year-old Jerry Noland was driving a 2005 Kawasaki southbound on Peters Avenue and overturned and was ejected. Noland suffered serious injuries and was transported by Lifeflight Air Ambulance to University Hospital.

There was a one-vehicle accident yesterday afternoon (August 23) in Henry County on County Road SE 561, a half-mile south of County Road Southeast 600. 25-year-old Karlena Meister was driving northbound on County Road SE 561, when she lost control of her vehicle on a curve, overcorrected and overturned her vehicle. Meister suffered serious injuries and was transported to St. Luke's Hospital by life flight.

The Following Missouri State Highway Patrol arrests are from the Monday morning, August 24, reports.

The Missouri State Highway patrol arrested 23-year-old Dalton Case of Gallatin for felony tampering with a motor vehicle and felony resisting arrest in Pettis County yesterday morning (August 23). Case was put on 24-hour hold in the Pettis County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45-year-old Davis Wallis of Columbia for driving while intoxicated in Benton County. Wallis was placed in the Benton County Jail yesterday morning and released (August 23).

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 26-year-old Jacob Stanton for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway on Sunday morning at 12:50. Stanton was placed in the Pettis County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 41-year-old James Ference, of Odessa, for a Clay County warrant, three warrants from the Independence Police Department, resisting arrest by flight, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving while suspended and failure to drivine on the right half of the roadway. Ference was placed in the Johnson County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Christopher Bardy, of Warrenton, for driving while intoxicated, excessive speeding and a seatbelt violation on Saturday morning at 2:09. Bardy was placed in the Warrensburg Police Department jail and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 43-year-old Bernice Fase of Crocker, for a Cass County felony warrant and four misdemeanor warrants from the Belton Police Department on Saturday morning at 12:55. Fase was placed in the Henry County Jail.
