The Sacred Heart Gremlins varsity baseball team watched the game slip away
early and couldn't recover in an 11-4 loss to the Northwest Mustangs on Monday at Hughesville.

B. Kreisel was credited with the victory for Northwest. He allowed five hits and four runs over five innings, striking out five. Kreisel also went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Northwest in hits.

Connor Tichenor threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Easton Webb took the loss for Sacred Heart. He lasted four and two-thirds innings, allowing six hits and 11 (one earned) runs while striking out five.

Zaine Dover led Sacred Heart Gremlins Varsity with two hits in three at bats. Nolan Walker also added two hits for the Gremlins.

Sacred Heart (0-4) travels to La Monte (1-1) today.
