Guys, I know you know it was pretty rough earlier this week with all the rain.

I know a lot of people probably liked it (and I would count me as one of those, as long as there's no water in my basement).  But some of us are having problems afterwards.  Here even at work, we had to have pros come in and do clean up work because the water was just everywhere.

So now there are fans all over the place, the sales people are at different desks, office doors are closed, and it smells like feet. Dogs and cats living together, MASS HYSTERIA.  But can that be helped? Maybe not.  But if you're having problems post rain, the Pettis County Emergency Management Agency is ready to help.

If the image doesn't load or you can't read that, here's what it says.

If you had water damage and are in need. Stop by the Sedalia-Pettis Co Emergency Management office on 1511 N. Ohio. We have some clean-up kits. These buckets have cleaning supplies, gloves, and mask etc. These were donated from Missouri United Methodist Disaster Relief out of Columbia, Mo.

So there you have it! A simple, easy way to try to get one step closer to back to normal.  Each kit will help you get back on track to cleaning everything up.  Now will it help the place not smell like feet? For you, probably.  For me, I'll just keep my door kinda closed.

Maybe I'll just bring in a scented candle or something.   But you, you have options! Thanks to the Pettis County EMA and thanks to the Missouri United Methodist Disaster Relief!

Cleanly yours,
Behka
