The Northwest-Sacred Heart Junior High football team shut out Kansas City East, 38-0, Monday night.

Leading offensive players included: Rushing Mason Cornine led the way with 139 yards and four TDs on six carries, Grant Goodwin had 82 yards rushing and one TD on seven carries, Owen Caton had one carry for 11 yards and 1 TD, receiving Owen Haule in one reception for 13 yards.

Defensive Leaders included: Mason Cornine 11 tackles, Jace Bales eight tackles, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, Owen Caton had eight tackles, one interception, Grant Goodwin had seven tackles, one interception, Vlad Lopez had seven tackles.

With the win, the Northwest-Sacred Heart Junior High Football team finished with a record of 3-2.
