
Pettis County Deputies Arrest Sedalian After Finding Large Amount of Meth, Cash
Pettis County deputies arrested Darrell L. Crain of Sedalia, at 14th and Kentucky Saturday just before 1 a.m. Saturday after conducting a traffic stop.
During the stop, deputies requested the assistance the SPD's K-9 unit. The unit responded and alerted on the vehicle.
Deputies searched the vehicle, and discovered a large amount of methamphetamine and a stolen firearm.
Crain was then taken into custody and charged with possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies also seized a large amount of cash believed to be profits from sales of illegal drugs.
The Mid-MO Drug Task Force, along with SPD officers, assisted deputies at the scene.
