Pettis County Law Day Cases from Feb. 4, 2019
Here is a sampling of cases that were resolved in Pettis County Circuit Court during Law Day on February 4, 2019; courtesy of Pettis County Prosecutor Phillip T. Sawyer.
Jacob L. Etter: age 22, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Mr. Etter was also sentenced to 10 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
Jon A. Zaremba: age 28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Tampering and 1 count Resisting Arrest).
Robert Bemiss: age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 & 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Trafficking in the First Degree-Methamphetamine and Possession of Burglary Tools.
Sebastian Nandho-Paulino: age 19, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Hydrocodone and Assault in the Second Degree.
Stephanie N. Hughes: age 33, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Hydrocodone. Ms. Hughes was also sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.
