Pettis County Law Day Cases from Sept. 4, 2018

Here is a sampling of cases that were resolved in Pettis County Circuit Court on Law Day held September 4, 2018 - courtesy of Pettis County Prosecutor Phillip T. Sawyer.

Jonathan D. Byrd:  age 27, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing.

Byron Alfred Guider,  Jr.:  32,  Sedalia,  MO was sentenced to three 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Passing a Bad Check,  1 count Leaving the Scene and 1 count Driving While Revoked).

Daryan M. Harrison:  age 22, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 120 days in the Pettis County Jail for Unlawful Possession, Transport, Manufacture, Repair or Sale of Illegal Weapon.

Kathleen L. Heskett:  age 38, Lincoln, MO was sentenced to three 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matter (2 counts Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Tramadol).

Mary Elizabeth McKinney:  age 35, Sturgeon, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 for Driving While Intoxicated.

Patricia N. Moore:  age 37, Warrensburg, MO was sentenced to 120 day in the Pettis County Jail for Stealing.

Derrick James Seeley:  age 27,  Sedalia,  MO was sentenced to five 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on five separate matters (3 counts of Stealing, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Resisting Arrest).
