SO reports 10-28-19

On Thursday, Pettis County deputies arrested two people in the 3500 block of South Grand on Thursday night just before 11 p.m. after responding to a call. One subject had a warrant out of Morgan County. As deputies were taking Danial James Fitzgerland, Jr. into custody, he resisted arrested while another male, Derek Alan Fitzgerald, interfered with the arrest. Both were taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold pending the filing of formal charges.


 

Pettis County Deputies arrested Luis Gonzalez-Munis in the 1500 block of North Ohio after responding to a car in the ditch Friday night around 8:30. Gonzalex-Munis was found to be driving while revoked. He was also charged with felony possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail.


 

Pettis County deputies arrested 20-year-old Juan Zacarias Ubaldo of Sedalia ay 20th and Kentucky on Saturday around 12:36 a.m.for DWI, driving while suspended and possession of controlled substance. Ubaldo was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour-hold.


 

Pettis County deputies took a burglary and theft report in the 1000 block of East Lane in La Monte on Saturday evening.


The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 26-year-old Christopher G. Pottorff of Sedalia at 3:18 a.m. Sunday in Pettis County for DWI. Pottorff was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
