Wednesday evening, Pettis County Deputies responded to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office in reference to a violation of an order of protection. Upon arrival, Deputies spoke with the reporting party, who stated her ex-husband was messaging her children on their personal email accounts. After the investigation, Deputies found the ex-husband had violated an ex-parte that is currently active through the state of California. Charges are being sought for Violation of an Ex-Parte.
