Pettis County Sheriff’s Report for March 26, 2024

In the very early hours of Saturday morning, Pettis County Deputies conducted a vehicle stop on a grey Jeep Grand Cherokee at the intersection of South Grand Avenue and West 10th Street because it was failing to maintain its lane. As a result of the stop, the driver, identified as “Allan Ortega”, was arrested, and transported to the Pettis County Jail. Ortega was booked and released on a charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle on the Highway Without A Valid License. The Deputy who wrote the initial paperwork gave no indication in the report where Ortega might live, or how old he is. There is no listing in Casenet for a “Allan Ortega”.
