On the morning of December 31st, Pettis County Deputies took a burglary report that occurred in the 21000 block of Palmer Road.


Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the Whiteman Air Force Base Visitor Center last Friday afternoon for a report of an individual present who had a warrant out of Pettis County. The individual in question, Krystal Hill, had a Failure to Appear warrant on an original charge of Driving While Intoxicated. Hill was transported to the Pettis County Jail where bond was set at $532.70 cash only.


Friday morning, John W. Stuhner of Cole Camp reported to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office that someone had stolen his red 1985 Ford F-250 while parked inside his shed. The investigation continues.


On the night of December 28, the Pettis County K9 Unit and Pettis County Deputies responded to the Budget Inn, 4710 South Limit, in reference to a subject present with felony warrants for his arrest along with a probation and parole warrant. Deputies made contact with the renter of the room and were advised that Brenden M. Price was hiding behind a Christmas Tree in the motel room. Price was arrested without incident for his Failure to Appear warrant on felony charges of Driving While Revoked, with a $15,000 cash or surety bond and a Parole Violation Warrant for felony Tampering With a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree and felony Resisting Arrest which carried no bond.


In the early morning hours of last Friday, Deputies were dispatched to the Bothwell Regional Health Center for a report of domestic assault that occurred in the 3400 block of Callaway Drive. Deputies arrived at the hospital and made contact with the victim. An interview was completed at the hospital with the victim. Pictures of any injuries were taken at the time of the report. All paperwork has since been forwarded to the State Prosecutor for review.


Last Friday night, Pettis County Deputies and the K9 Unit responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Rissler Road and McVey Road. During the investigation, it is unknown who the driver of the vehicle was. From the evidence on scene, it appeared no one was injured.
