Late Saturday night, Pettis County Deputies attempted a warrant service in the 700 block of East 13th Street in Sedalia. Contact was made with Michael Anderson Yac-Rosales, 24, of Sedalia, who had an active felony warrant for his arrest. Yac-Rosales was placed under arrest and transported to the Pettis County Jail. Yac-Rosales was booked in on his Pettis County warrant for felony Resisting Arrest (Creating Substantial Risk of Injury or Death), Driving While Intoxicated, and Operating a Motor Vehicle on the Highway Without A Valid License. Yac-Rosales was held pending a cash or surety bond of $5,000.
