Pettis County Sheriff's Reports For November 1, 2021

On the night of October 29th, Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the 25000 block of Highway 135 in Smithton for a report of Domestic Assault. The suspect, who was not named in the report, was located at the residence and arrested for Domestic Assault in the 2nd Degree. The suspect was placed on a 24 hour hold pending the filing of state charges.

On the morning of October 26th, Deputies responded to the 3600 block of Flat Creek Drive for a report of a theft from a motor vehicle.
