Early Tuesday morning, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the TitleMax Secured Loans, 2923 West Broadway Boulevard. The vehicle was travelling at 65 MPH in a 55 MPH posted speed zone. The driver, Robert E. Crum Jr., 54, of Sedalia, had a warrant for his arrest. Crum was arrested on his warrant on felony charges of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Crum was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and held with no bond.

Pettis County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to the 22000 block of Highway B in Pettis County for a report of an unwanted male on the property Tuesday afternoon. Deputies and Troopers with the MSHP searched the area. They were unable to locate the male subject, but the investigation continues.


 

Wednesday night, Deputies were dispatched to the Temp Stop, 4575 South Limit Avenue, for a report of theft. A person was stealing soda from the soda machines. Deputies contacted the male subject inside the store. At the time of contact, he had two sodas in his hands. One of the sodas were full, the other was partially drank. Deputies asked the male to step outside to speak. While on scene, the store manager called Dispatch and asked the Deputy to issue a No Trespass Warning to the male subject and have him leave the property immediately. Deputies issued the NTW, and the unnamed male was asked to leave the property and never return.
