Thursday morning, Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the 800 block of South Walnut Street in La Monte for a report of a disturbance. After an investigation, it was determined no crime had occurred. One of the residents, Francisco T. Aguare, 27, of Versailles, was placed under arrest. Aguare had a Failure to Appear warrant out of Osage Beach on an original charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility. Aguare was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked, pending a $130 cash only bond.

Deputies conducted a warrant service in the 1100 block of East 16th Street in Sedalia Thursday morning. Francisco Rodriguez Jr., 29, of was found to have a warrant for his arrest. Rodriguez was transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was held on a felony warrant for Stealing ($750 or more). Rodriguez was held on a bond of $5,000 cash or surety.


 

Wednesday night, Deputies responded to the area of South Park Avenue and Villa Drive in Pettis County in reference to a motor vehicle accident. While in the area, Deputies observed a suspect that they knew had an active Pettis County warrant for their arrest. Jason Hedrick, 44, of Sedalia, was arrested for his warrant for Property Damage in the 1st Degree. Hedrick was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be held on the warrant pending a bond of $5,000 cash or surety.


 

Pettis County Deputies responded to the 300 block of West 6th Street Thursday morning in reference to a warrant service. Upon arrival, Fredrick L. Ledbetter, 68 of Sedalia was located and arrested for an active Pettis County warrant on charges of Failure To Register as a Sex Offender. Ledbetter was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be held on the warrant with bond set at $5,000 cash or surety.


 

On the morning of October 24th, Deputies responded to the area of Highway 50 and 50 Spur in Pettis County, for a report of an abandoned vehicle found roadside. The vehicle had already bene tagged for a 48 hour removal. State Fair Towing arrived on the scene shortly after and towed the vehicle to their lot for safe keeping. All damage was noted on the tow sheet, and an outside inventory was taken of the vehicle.
