SO reports 9-2-19

On Aug. 31 around 1:45 a.m., Pettis County deputies received a tip about a male with a felony warrant near Blue Jay Blvd., and Oak Brook Blvd. Deputies made contact with a homeowner and were granted consent to search the residence for Brandon Miller of Sedalia. Deputies did not locate Miller, but located drug paraphernalia that was in plain view. The items were seized and deputies will be submitting charges on another subject located inside the residence.


 

On Monday, Pettis County deputies arrested Josef Wayne Black of Warsaw at US 65 and Elm Hills Blvd., on an outstanding Municipal warrant with a $150 bond.


 

On Sunday, a Pettis County deputy responded to the Bothwell Regional Health Center Emergency Room on a call of a woman causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. He contacted the subject, Mary A. Harding, who still refused to leave the ER, and she was placed into custody and taken to the Pettis County Jail, pending state charges of 1st degree trespassing.
