Power Outage Affects 2,750 Customers

A power outage in Sedalia area affected 2,750 customers late Tuesday afternoon, according to a KCP&L spokeswoman.

Crews were dispatched to the area, she added.

No word yet on the cause of the outage, which occurred sometime after 4 p.m. and was also affecting traffic lights as well. Also no word on when power would be restored.
