Recent Pettis County Court Cases Resolved, December 11-17
Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from Dec. 11 to Dec. 17, 2018.
Preston M. Brown: age 30, St. Joseph, was sentenced to 10, 5 and 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1count Robbery, 1 count Tampering and 1 count Assault).
Taylor J. Goff: age 21, Sedalia, was sentenced to two 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.117 on two separate matters (1count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Alprazolam and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Oxycodone).
Robert James Weisner: age 35, Sedalia, was sentenced to three 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
Raul Morales-Moreira: age 59, Kansas City, was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing.
Brandon M. Markell: age: 22, Sedalia, was sentenced to 5, 2 and 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and 2 counts Resisting Arrest).
Delbert R. Gould: age 33 Windsor, was sentenced to two consecutive 5 year sentences on two separate matters (1count Tampering and 1 count Stealing).
Richard E. Shull: age 33 Monteal, was sentenced to 7, 4 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Tampering, 1 count Resisting Arrest and 1 count of Driving While Revoked).
