Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from March 6 - 20, 2017:
Daniel L. Moss: age 53, Olathe, Kan., was sentenced to concurrent terms of two 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after pleading guilty on 2 separate matters (1 count Trafficking in the first degree and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver).
Todd C. Streb: age 43, Sedalia, was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve the balance of a previously imposed suspended 5 year sentence.
Colby A. Lewis: age 34, Sedalia, was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve the balance of a previously imposed suspended 5 year sentence.
James V. Ingram: age 36, Sedalia, was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Domestic Assault in the Second Degree.
Stephen H. Hermanson: age 51, Sedalia, was sentenced to concurrent terms of two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after pleading guilty on 2 separate matters (1 count Driving While Intoxicated and 1 count Stealing).
John Nevels: age 63, Sedalia, was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to Arson in the 2nd degree.
Lynn A. Atherley: age 46, Knob Noster was sentenced to concurrent terms of 5 and 4 years in the Department of Corrections after pleading guilty on 2 separate matters (1 Count of Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana) and 1 Count Resisting/Interfering with Arrest For a Felony).
Christopher W. Mathis: age 39, Sedalia, was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).
