Recent Resolved Cases from Pettis County Law Day

Here is a sampling of cases that were recently resolved in Pettis County Circuit Court; courtesy of Pettis County Prosecutor Phillip T. Sawyer.

Darryl A. Frazier: age 52, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). In addition, the defendant was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Marc Lee Head: age 48, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Domestic Assault in the Third Degree.

Melvin Osburn: age 20, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 120 days in the Pettis County Jail for Resisting an Arrest.

Abigail E. Imperial: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Correction for 4 years for Resisting Arrest to run concurrent with additional 4 year sentence after her probation was revoked.

Raymond Kennedy: age 23, Kalispele, MT was sentenced to 12 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on 3 Counts of Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child.

Dakota Bradley: age 25, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin).

Emmanuel Ramuel Reeders: age 27, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Burglary in the First Degree).

Fernando Arroyo Martinez: age 33, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 30 days in the Pettis County Jail for Domestic Assault.

Nyisha M. Robinson: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing.

Marianna Gumm-Wilkes: age 46, Kansas City, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Department of Corrections for Stealing.

Steve A. Maggard:  age 47, Toledo, WA was sentenced to 120 days in the Pettis County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).

Kevin L. Collado:  age 28, Saint Joseph, MO was sentenced to concurrent 7 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters ( 1 count Tampering and 1 count Resisting Arrest).

Thomas J. Culver:  age 47, Warsaw, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Forgery.
