Resolved Cases from Pettis County Circuit Court from June 14 – 21

Here is a sampling of cases that were resolved in Pettis County Circuit Court from June 14 – June 21, 2017; courtesy of Pettis County Prosecuter Phillip T. Sawyer.

Aran Cantrell:  age 22, Sedalia,  Missouri was sentenced to 24 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Accessory Murder 2nd Degree and 1 count Arson 1st Degree).

Mark Brandolese:  age 50,  Sedalia,  Missouri was sentenced to terms of 15 and 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters(1 count Assault in the 1st Degree and 1 count Armed Criminal Action).

Paul Conway Williams:  age 46,  Sedalia,  Missouri was sentenced to three 2 year sentenced in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters(1 count Resisting/Interfering With Arrest for  Felony, 1 count Failure to Appear and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance [methamphetamine]).

Christina H. Horn:  age 24, Sedalia, Missouri was sentenced to two 2 year terms in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance [alprazolam] and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance [diazepam].

Korey R. Isenburg:  age 28, Sedalia, Missouri was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance [methamphetamine].

Joshua Ryan Phillips:  age 23, Sedalia, Missouri was sentenced to two 5 year terms in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Forgery and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance). In addition, Mr. Phillips was sentenced to two 5 year terms in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
