In the early morning hours of June 6, Moniteau County authorities arrested a 41-year old Russellville woman on drug charges.

According to a press release from the Moniteau County Sheriff's Department, deputies assisted the Californa, MO Police Department with a call on Cedar Street.

The reporting party stated they observed someone who appeared to be looking into windows at an apartment complex.

Upon arrival, deputies reportedly observed a vehicle parked along the sidewalk with a woman sitting inside. When authorities contacted the woman, she allegedly refused to identify herself.

Upon speaking with the suspect further, she gave deputies a false name. She reportedly became uncooperative and resisted when deputies attempted to place her in handcuffs. The woman eventually gave deputies her real identity, 41-year old Rhiannon T. Jobe. Additionally she told authorities she provided a false name earlier, because there was a warrant for her arrest, along with having marijuana in the vehicle

A search of the vehicle reportedly revealed methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Jobe was taken to the Moniteau County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth). Bond was set at $25,000.00.
