S-C Tigers To Host Marching Competition October 1

Smith-Cotton High School Band Director Max Meigel said that the Tigers will host a marching competition on Saturday, Oct. 1.

This year's event is expected to draw over 30 performing groups representing close to 20 schools from the western and central areas of Missouri.

Last year's event brought in roughly 500 spectators, plus S-C's own staff and volunteers, with about half that number of groups, Meigel said.
