The Sacred Heart boys beat Otterville, 72-62, Wednesday night.

The Gremlins improved to 21-4 on the season with a road victory at Otterville.

Coen Brown led the way with 23 points, Connor Rice added 16, Caden Crooker added a “dozen cousin.”

Otterville is now 5-19.

Next up for the Gremlins is Homecoming vs Windsor (10-13) on Friday.


 

The Sacred Heart Junior High boys "A" team (9-4, 6-3) lost a tough one 29-27 to the Lincoln Cardinals in the semifinals of the Kaysinger Conference Tournament last night in Stover.

The Grems fell behind early by a score of 13-1 but came roaring back throughout the game only to fall two points short in the end.

SH was led in scoring by Max Van Leer and Brock Wilson with 10 and 7 points respectively. Jared Owens chipped in with 3 points, 6 rebounds and great post defense throughout the game.

The boys will wrap up their season in the third-place game vs the Stover Bulldogs on Saturday. The game tips off at 10:15 in Stover.
