The Gremlins swimmers did well at the Tiger Invitational Saturday afternoon at Sedalia Middle School Pool, according to Sacred Heart head coach Patti Hegger.

In the 50 freestyle, Arly Ponce Placed fourth, and Kate Carney placed fifth out of 29 swimmers in the event.

In the 100 free, Kate Carney placed sixth, Arly Ponce seventh, and Allie Ferguson 10th out of 30. Allie set a personal record in this event, cutting five seconds off her time.
In the Freestyle Relay, the Gremlin team of Kate Carney, Maia Smith, Allie Ferguson, and Arly Ponce took fifth out of 13 teams, with 2:03:51, earning a time under state consideration time of 2:05.

Sacred Heart Swim’s next meet is Tuesday, Jan. 21 in Lee’s Summit.
