Sacred Heart volleyball traveled to Columbia Monday night where they participated in a jamboree with Blair Oaks, Columbia Hickman and St. Paul Lutheran.

In the first match vs Blair Oaks, the Gremlins split, winning the first set 25 - 22 behind five kills from Emma Siron and good ball control.

They lost the second set, 19 - 25, getting three kills from Kiley Beykirch.

Sacred Heart lost the next match vs Hickman 0 - 2.

They split third match vs St. Paul Lutheran, it was 25 - 23 & 21 - 25.
For the match, Emma had four kills and Kiley had three kills.

"It was a good chance to compete against other schools. We were able to get 12 players some court time versus quality opponents,” said head coach David Fall. “We have identified some strengths as well as areas of need.”

Sacred Heart's first game will be Tuesday, Sept. 3 in Columbia vs Fr. Tolton Catholic.
