Sedalia Public Library (SPL) will join Missouri Evergreen Consortium on April 9, 2026, expanding patron access from the library’s current 50,000 items to more than 4 million books, audiobooks, and other materials.

Missouri Evergreen is a statewide network of more than 80 public libraries that share resources through a unified catalog.

By joining the consortium, Sedalia Public Library patrons will be able to:

• Browse a statewide catalog of millions of books, audiobooks, and other materials • Request items from other libraries with free delivery to their local library

• Enjoy more choices and faster access beyond SPL’s local collection

• Search for books, place holds, and more with our NEW card catalog, MO Discovery, which also includes a user-friendly app
