Sedalia Police Crime Reports for the Evening of Aug. 27, 2018

On Friday night (Aug 24), Sedalia Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of S. Moniteau Ave for a reported disturbance with weapons. The victim stated his had been jumped by several people. He had an injury to the back of his head but reportedly declined medical treatment. The victim said he didn't know any of the suspects or what caused the fight. No further details were listed in the police report.

On Friday (Aug 24), Sedalia Police were dispatched to the 600 block of Wilkerson for a report of two family members who were involved in a physical altercation. One subject was choking the other, according to the report. An adult female and her adult child had reportedly become involved in the altercation after an argument. 19-year old Jameriah Lashae Alexander was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail for 2nd Degree Domestic Assault.
