Sedalia Police Department Crime Reports for April 4, 2019

On Tuesday (April 2), Sedalia Police attempted a vehicle stop for a traffic violation. The vehicle reportedly did not immediately come to stop, instead driving several blocks before finally stopping in a driveway near Golf Drive. The driver, 24-year old Oleg A. Mironov, was arrested for the traffic violation. During a search of Mironov, police reportedly found items related to drug activity. Mironov was placed on a twenty-four hold in the Pettis County Jail on drug charges and resisting arrest.

Sedalia Police recently responded to the 400 block of E. Boonville in regards to a domestic dispute. A physical altercation reportedly occurred between a man and woman. The female victim sustained injury to her face, but reportedly declined medical treatment. The suspect, 40-year old Jason Thomas Milburn, was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of 3rd Degree Domestic Assault.

On Tuesday (April 2), Sedalia Police took a theft report in the 1200 block of W. Henry Street. The complainant stated that an air conditioning unit was missing from the building. There are no suspects at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
