Early Thursday morning, Sedalia Police observed a black Oldsmobile westbound on West Broadway without a front license plate.  Officers initiated a stop and learned the driver had two active warrants for Failure to Appear, one from Pettis County and one from the Sedalia Police. The original charges stemmed from Driving Without a License and Failing to Register a Vehicle.  TC Wright III, 28, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.  A bond of $250 cash was given for the Pettis County warrant, and a bond of $200 cash only was given on the Sedalia warrant.


 

Officers conducted a subject check in the area of West Pettis Street and North Prospect Avenue early Thursday morning.  The male subject was identified to dispatch and discovered to have a Pettis County warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Possession of Marijuana.  Myreon Nicholas Briscoe, 27, of Sedalia, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.  Briscoe was provided a $250 cash only bond with a court date.
