Sedalia Woman Accused of Throwing a Brick Through a Window

A 50-year-old Sedalia woman is accused of property damage after a brick was thrown through a storm window of an apartment in the 600 block of S. Washington Avenue. Police arrested Elena Garcia Hickman on June 20 and took her to the Pettis County Jail, where she was placed on a 24-hour hold for property damage.
