SH Boys Soccer Blanked by Smithton

In a very much anticipated rematch of the Kaysinger Conference tournament championship game, the Gremlins were unable to score against Smithton, losing 3-0 Thursday night.

The score was tied at 0 at halftime, but once Smithton scored 12 minutes into the second half, the Tigers had a renewed enthusiasm and put two more in the goal before the game ended.

Sacred Heart (12-8-2) hosts Fatima Tuesday, Oct. 26 at 5 p.m. at Clover Dell Park.

Smithton is now 20-0.
